Varuni Sarwal, PhD
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Varuni leads company vision and strategy at the intersection of AI and healthcare. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA and a background from IIT-Delhi and Amazon post-training, she is passionate about making foundation models clinically reliable.
Rosemary He, PhD
Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Rosemary leads company operations, technical and research developments, drawing on her Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA and prior experience in finance. Her work spans creating robust vision and multi-modal AI for medical imaging, genomics and longitudinal EHR data.
Dhruv Miyani
Founding Engineer
Dhruv leads product engineering and has a Master’s in AI, with strong 0–1 experience in early-stage startups.

Oren Avram, PhD
Biomedical-informatics Scientist
Dr. Avram is an expert in biomedical informatics and computational methods across medical imaging, genomics, proteomics and electronic health records. His work, SLIViT, is the SOTA foundation model in medical imaging. He received his PhD at Tel Aviv University, spent time as researcher at UCLA and Microsoft.
Suvrankar Datta, MD
Radiologist, Faculty Fellow at Ashoka University
Dr. Datta is an expert in Radiology x AI, with extensive research on applying vision models in Radiology. He is faculty at Ashoka University and the lead of Center for Responsible Autonomous Systems in Healthcare (CRASH Lab).
Brian Han, MD
Pediatrics Cardiologist, Faculty at Stanford
Dr. Han is a double board-certified Pediatric Cardiologist and Critical Care physician and full-time faculty at Stanford University. Outside of his clinical work, Brian also serves as the Cardiovascular Innovation and Digital Health Lead for Impact1, where he guides digital health projects and portfolio companies.
